Cooling method

1) Natural cooling: It is cooled by the heat exchange between the oil tank itself and the air, and is generally used for systems with oil tank capacity less than 250 liters.

2) Forced cooling: cooler is used for forced cooling, generally used for systems with oil tank capacity greater than 250 liters. The primary technical parameters of the hydraulic station are the effective oil storage measurement of the oil tank and the motor power. There are 18 kinds of standards (unit: L/L) for oil tank capacity: 25, 40, 63, 100, 160, 250, 400, 630, 800, 1000, 1250, 1600, 2000, 2500, 3200, 4000, 5000, 6000. This series of hydraulic stations can achieve the following according to user requirements and operating conditions: ① equipped with integrated blocks according to the system, or without integrated blocks; ② Cooler, heater and accumulator can be set; ③ It can be equipped with electrical control device or without electrical control equipment.

Fuel tank method

1) General steel plate: the box is welded with 5MM-6MM steel plate, and the panel is welded with 10-12MM steel plate. If there are too many openings, they can be thickened or reinforced appropriately.
