The manufacturer of the hydraulic pump station explains the possible problems of the electric hydraulic pump

1. The technical standards shall be strictly implemented during actual operation, and the customer shall protect and maintain according to the application status on time.

2. The hydraulic oil pipe went through the 05Cpa (1050Kgf/cm2) experiment of a large hydraulic pump station in the original factory. However, because the rubber hose is very simple and brittle, customers need to check it frequently, generally for six months, and often for three months. During inspection, 87.5Cpa (875Kgf/cm2) hydraulic test is required. If there are engineering explosions, protrusions, water leaks, etc., they cannot be used.

3. As there is gas in the hydraulic cylinder of a new electric hydraulic jack or an electric hydraulic jack that has been put in place for a long time, the hydraulic cylinder will have a slight sudden jump when it is first used. The high-pressure large tonnage electric jack can be moved back and forth with full load for 2-3 times to remove the gas in the chamber. The manufacturer of the hydraulic pump station mentioned the electric hydraulic jack that has been idle for a long time. Because the hydraulic seal is not working for a long time, it leads to the hardening of the hydraulic seal, thus damaging the service life of the large tonnage electric jack of the high-pressure large hydraulic pump station. Therefore, when the electric hydraulic jack is not needed, the high-pressure large tonnage electric jack should be reciprocating with full load for 2-3 times every month.

4. The machine is made of edible oil, so it is necessary to protect and maintain the oil and the machine to prevent blockage or oil leakage, which may damage the actual application effect.

5. During operation, do not add wheel weight or overweight to prevent the risk of damage to the jack of large electric hydraulic pump station. When there is load, do not remove the quick connector to prevent safety accidents and damage to parts.

6. If the pump is empty during operation, release the oil drain screw on the pressure pump casing, make the pump casing stand upright and empty it two times, then tighten the oil drain screw, and it can be used again.
