4. The test pressure shall be increased step by step. The pressure should be stabilized for 2~3min for each increase. After reaching the test pressure, hold the pressure for 10min, and then reduce it to the working pressure. The inspection shall be carried out to ensure that all welds, joints and seals of the system are free of oil leakage, and the pipeline is free of long-term deformation.

5. In case of unusual movements in the system, the test shall be stopped in time. It is necessary to relieve the pressure before handling the fault. If there are welds that need to be re welded, it is necessary to remove the pipe and remove the oil before welding.

6. During the pressure test, the pipe shall not be hammered, and no open fire homework or heavy noise homework shall be held within the 5m limit of the test area.
