Analysis of precautions in cleaning hydraulic pump station

Precautions for cleaning the hydraulic pump station:

⑴ When cleaning the general hydraulic pump station, more hydraulic oil or test oil with labor effect shall be selected. Fire oil, gasoline, alcohol, steam or other liquids shall not be used to prevent corrosion of hydraulic components, pipelines, oil tanks and seals.

⑵ In the process of cleaning, non-metallic hammer can be used to knock the oil pipe, either continuously or discontinuously, to facilitate the removal of attachments in the pipeline.

(3)Filter or filter screen shall be installed on the circuit for cleaning oil circuit. At the beginning of cleaning, because there are many impurities, 80 mesh filter screen can be selected, and 150 mesh filter screen will be used later.

(4)After cleaning, clean the cleaning oil in the circuit. The hydraulic pump station on the hydraulic pump station can be divided into variable displacement pump and fixed displacement pump according to whether the flow can be adjusted. The output flow that can be adjusted as required is called variable displacement pump, and the flow that cannot be adjusted is called constant displacement pump.

(5)During the cleaning process of the hydraulic pump station, the hydraulic pump operation and the cleaning medium are carried out together. When the temperature of the cleaning oil is (50-80) ℃, the rubber residue in the system is simply removed.

(6)The intermittent operation time of the hydraulic pump station is more conducive to improving the cleaning effect, and the intermittent time is generally (10-30) min.

(7)To prevent corrosion caused by external moisture, the hydraulic pump shall continue to operate until the temperature returns to normal after cleaning.
