At present, the cooling system of hydraulic station generally has the advantages of beautiful appearance, small size, excellent performance, reasonable price, etc. The cooling system of the hydraulic station is mainly composed of three parts.

1. Air cooler: mainly plate fin type. Rely on the fan for air cooling. For mobile devices;

2. Water cooler: tube type, plate type, etc., all rely on cooling water for heat exchange, for cooling purposes, and for indoor equipment;

3. Oil cooler: Freon medium is used for cooling, which is equivalent to compressor+heat exchanger. Indoor equipment to prevent insufficient cooling water.

Working principle

When the oil temperature is ≥ 50c, open the water gate valve of the cooler. Water flows in from the water inlet, flows out from the water outlet and flows out through the cooler. At this time, the hydraulic oil is exchanged with the water in the cooler, and the hydraulic oil is cooled.
